Prints

Print orders will be dispatched within 2 weeks after the point of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Due to the nature of the sale, custom printing and exclusive stock, all sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns on any purchase.

Shipping is US only. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes

Original art 

Original art orders will be dispatched between 2-3 weeks after the point of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship all original paintings from New Jersey, so delivery timing may be impacted based on your location.

How do I change or amend shipping details?

If you have entered in your delivery details incorrectly or would like to modify your delivery information please contact the customer service team at info@christinacontaldi.com as soon as possible.

Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been dispatched. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at info@christinacontaldi.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Why is a signature required upon delivery?

For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery for original paintings. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package please contact the courier service.

Returns

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Our orders are checked and wrapped with the utmost care so you receive your order in perfect condition.

In the event that your order is wrong, or the item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at info@christinacontaldi.com within 24 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide the following information:

1. Full name and order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email).

2. A photo of the damaged product

3. A photo of the interior packaging and delivery box
