Down by the Bay: Print

About the Artwork:

The bay is a broad inlet of the sea where the land curves inward. Contrary to the powerful waves of the ocean, the bay waters are gentle and sweet. When I was young, my family would go to the bay with our cousins, and all of the children would dance and sing songs. This painting encompasses that feeling of carefree, child-like whimsy, mixed with the calm essence of the peaceful bay waters.
